Services Disclosure

Educational Services and Curriculum

Utahhome.school is a full-time private microschool serving students ages 10 through 17 (approximately grades 5 through 12). We provide a comprehensive, personalized education in a small-group setting where each student receives individualized instruction and support from a qualified instructor. Our program is designed to meet or exceed Utah state educational standards and includes the following core services:

  • Daily full-time academic instruction (minimum of three instructional days per week, with additional flexible learning days as needed) in the core subjects of mathematics, language arts, science, and history/social studies.
  • Multi-age, project-based learning that allows students to progress at their own pace according to their individual skill level and readiness rather than strict grade placement.
  • Personalized learning plans developed for each student to ensure mastery of essential skills while encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and real-world application.
  • Small-group and one-on-one instruction with a maximum student-to-teacher ratio that supports deep engagement and individualized attention.
  • Integrated enrichment activities including hands-on science experiments, literature discussions, writing workshops, and collaborative projects.
  • Progress monitoring and parent communication through regular updates, conferences, and individualized reports.

The curriculum is tailored to the developmental and academic needs of students in the 10–17 age range. Students work at the appropriate skill level within each subject (e.g., a 10-year-old may be working at a 6th-grade math level while a 15-year-old may be completing high-school-level science coursework). All instruction is delivered by a non-parent instructor and constitutes the primary source of the student’s academic education for the school year. This services disclosure is provided in accordance with the requirements of the Utah Fits All (UFA) scholarship program administered by Odyssey. Families are encouraged to schedule a tour or conversation to discuss how our program can best support their child’s unique educational goals.
